REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Her Wanderful View, LLC utilizes Printify, Inc to facilitate the production of and shipment of our products in the shop to our customers. Printify, Inc is a print-on-demand company, which means all products are unique and produced only once ordered.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not supported at this time due to wrong size, color or a change in mind. Please see here for product size charts. However, in case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, Printify will offer free replacements (or refund) if contacted by Her Wanderful View within 30 days of product delivery.
Please note if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the wrong size or color, neither Printify nor Her Wanderful View will be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for capturing your correct size, color, shipping and billing information for your purchases.
If you require a replacement due to damaged product or manufacturing error, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can process your request with Printify, Inc.
For US Orders:
Shipping up to 2-5 business days. Shipping provider within the US is the United States Postal Service (USPS). *Does not include production time.*
(Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7 – 12 business days.)
